This was created for Challenge 114.
First it was a still image and
then someone in the forum "challenged" me
to make an animation out of it.  Since I still had
the original file on layers, I was able to make the animation.
I almost always save my original PSP image with the layers.
You never know when it might come in handy.
I've reused parts of images many times.
